Humidistat operated

These extractor fans operate when humidity levels within the room get too high, meaning no more worrying about pressing a switch yourself! This makes them great for convinience and ideal for a busy family bathroom, where people don’t always remember to turn on the extractor fan!

24 ltr/s extraction rate

Building regulations stipulate that extractor fans need to be able to extract at least 15 litres of air per second. It’s needed to ensure a minimal build-up of moisture in the room, reducing mould and grime in damp areas. This fan will extract a crazy 24 litres per second! That’s almost twice what’s recommended!

IP44 Rating

This product has a rating of IPX44, meaning it is protected against solid objects larger than 1mm (wires, nails, screws) and is protected against water splashes from all directions.
